EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIR
No matter how well you maintain your roof, you may still need to make emergency repairs. Weather-related damage to your roof or other sudden problems, such as a fire or a leak, may trigger such emergencies. When you have an emergency with your roof, you can rely on us to resolve it quickly and efficiently. We also fix your roof quickly when there is an emergency.
EMERGENCY WATER CLEAN UP
When the floodwaters recede and the clean-up has been completed, most people want to get back into their homes or businesses and begin rebuilding. A large amount of water is likely to have been absorbed by wood that has been submerged in water. Rebuilding too quickly after a flood can result in mold growth, insect infestations, and deterioration of the wall coverings and wood.
WATER DAMAGE DRYOUT
Water damage can refer to many different types of losses caused by leaking water, such as rotting of wood, mold growth, bacteria growth, rusting of steel, swelling of composite woods, delamination of plywood, etc.
During this process, we will look for leaks, unusual wear and tear, windblown debris damage, organic growth issues, and problems that occurred during the installation or subsequent repair of the shingles. An inspection of a roof gets broken down into four components: structure, materials, interiors, and workmanship.
SMOKE DAMAGE MITIGATION
If you have experienced a fire in your home, whether it was a small fire that affected a portion of your home or a large fire that destroyed your house, you will want to restore your property as soon as possible. APD Roofing has the resources and experience necessary to restore your building to its pre-event state or better, quickly and safely, from fire and smoke damage.
ROOF LEAK REPAIR
The cause of water stains that span ceilings and run-down walls is probably a leaky roof. Locating the leak is the hard part. Small leaks can cause big problems in a short amount of time, such as mold, rotted framing and sheathing, and destroyed insulation.
Roof replacement involves tearing off everything on the roof down to the deck, and then replacing it with new felt paper and shingles. Roof replacement is possible regardless of how many layers of shingles are already on the roof, so it can be done even when reroofing is not an option.
GUTTER CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
If your gutters are sagging or clogged, they can overflow, causing damage to your soffit and fascia. Keep gutters clean and maintain them properly to prevent this.
NEW GUTTER INSTALL
The rainwater that comes off your roof and hits the ground could damage your siding and trim if your house doesn't have a gutter. If you have a basement, the water could damage it as well. Need gutter installation? We've got you covered.
FAST ROOF INSPECTIONS
Whether you own a home, a multi-family complex, or a business, we assess your roof thoroughly to identify any weaknesses or damage to the structure. We can schedule an inspection that fits your schedule. In addition to evaluating the overall structural integrity of your roof, we can check for mold and leaks as well as roofing materials.
An insurance claim is simply a request made to your provider. A claim is made when your property has been damaged, you have been injured, or another event specified in the policy contract that would trigger a payout has occurred. An insured event can only be claimed if it is caused by one of the named perils mentioned in your policy. Your policy covers and compensates you in the event of losses or damages. A claim is a request for compensation after you have paid your share of the costs if any. From start to finish, we will assist you with your claims.
